Rescheduling can be arranged within two weeks of the original appointment. HIPAA regulations are strictly adhered to, while client fees, rights and responsibilities, and practice policies are presented at intake. Fee Schedule: Most major insurances are accepted, e.g., Buckeye Community Health, Unison, Value Options, CareSource, Medical Mutual, United Behavioral Health, ChoiceCare, Flora Midwest, CorpHealth, Ohio Health Choice, PHS, ComPsych, PHCS, Great-West Healthcare, IHG, VMC, LifeEra, Mount Carmel, Emerald Health, MHN, etc. However, fees or co-pay for therapy are required prior to delivery of service at a standard rate of $7.00 per unit (6 minutes). The fee is a universal rate regardless of service type, e.g., diagnostic assessment, therapy, service planning, etc. The typical session would last one hour (10 units = $70.00/hr). Legal testimony will be billed at $14.00 per unit or $140.00 per hour.
