Dear Colleagues,

Major changes are on the way in health care management. If you aren't familiar with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), it's time to tackle the issue. Essentially, all health care practices in the US will be required to comply with the HIPAA regulations regarding security, privacy, and transactions. Today's newsletter provides information on HIPAA and other practice management issues.
